The Young Peace Builders (YPB) is a Youth-serving non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making voluntary organization that;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

“seeks to pioneer peace and development by creating a supportive environment for the survival and development of communities by encouraging local initiatives for community developments, empowering young people in volunteerism and linking up their initiatives for peace to help increase the effectiveness of their actions”.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Young Peace Builders Secretariat is presently based in Sierra Leone, West Africa and is legally registered with the required Government Authority or Institution (National Youth Commission)  as a Youth-Serving Agency or Organization in accordance with the National Youth Commission Act of Parliament 2009, Corporate Affairs,  Ministry of Youth, the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children’s Affairs and other local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
